Registration Requirements

Any student wishing to join NIBS for a course will be required to bring the following during registration.

1. K.C.S.E. Result Slip, Certificate or equivalent, and copy of the same.

2. National Identity card and copy of the same.

3. 3 (three) passport size photographs

4. Registration application fees : Kshs. 1,000

5. Student ID application Fees : Kshs. 400

6. Graduation Fees: Kshs. 1,500

7. Attachment Supervision Fees: Kshs. 4,000 (KNEC Programmes)

8. Project Supervision Fees: Kshs. 2,000 (KNEC Programmes)

9. Examination/Practical Fees: Kshs. 4,000 (KNEC Programmes)


The fees must be paid per Semester and should be before the first week of the Semester. Those paying in installments should pay before the 5th day of each month. The parents and sponsors should ensure fees is promptly paid to avoid unnecessary inconveniences to students.

Students of Thika Rd Campus are to make fees payment through:

• Family Bank A/C No. 014 – 21981, or

• Equity Bank A/C No.087 – 0295346647

Students of Ronald Ngala and Commonwealth Campuses are to make fees payment through:

• Family Bank A/C No. 014–18060 , or

• Equity Bank A/C No. 0010201200681, or

• Consolidated Bank A/C No.0120000910700.

Students of Rongai Campus are to make fees payment through:

• KCB (Kenya Commercial Bank) A/C No. 1132212944.

A deposit slip from the bank must be presented to the Cashier at NIBS for issuance of a receipt.

N/B: Personal cheques are not acceptable. Tuition fees must be paid through the Bank or by Banker’s Cheque.



Hostels are available for all.

Accommodation fee (Inclusive of meals)Kshs. 24,000 per semester of 3 months payable in 3 equal instalments of Kshs. 8,000.

Examination & Registration Fee


The examination fee for internal examinations is Kshs. 1,000 per paper.


Fees for external examinations will be communicated to you at the time of registration. Such fees will vary depending on the existing foreign currency exchange rates and fees structure of the concerned examination body.

Students are required to make payments for examinations and membership registration through the NIBS Examinations Office before the closing date(s).
