Admission to E-learning
A student will be admitted to e-learning classes once he/she fills an online application form athttp://nibs.ac.ke/elearning/apply/ or by filling an application form in our various campuses countrywide. Students should apply one week before online classes begin.
Registration to E-learning
The Office of eLearning will e-mail a registration confirmation to all NIBS students registered for online classes. Students should receive an email confirmation of registration within 2 days of completing NIBS registration. If a student does not receive confirmation, the student should email email@example.com for assistance. Students that register through the self-registration also receive an e-mail if there are problems with the registration information.

Availability of Online Classes A complete list of online classes offered through the NIBS can be found at www.nibs.ac.ke/elearning Nairobi Institute of Business Studies reserves the right to change instructors, change class’s schedules and cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
Online Class Start Date
Students will not be able to access their classes until the first day of online classes and after the payment of first installment. All NIBS online classes are taught using the Moodle learning management system. Pre- requisites for Classes All students must meet pre-requisite requirements as outline in the all external examination bodies. Maximum number of units one can undertake will be 5 units but this will be determined by the availability of units.
Fees is payable in two installment that is 60% on admission and 40% on the second month by/or before 15th of the next month. Failure to meet the financial obligation the student will be deactivated from accessing the online classes. Before a student can be activated to access online materials he/she MUST clear all his/her financial obligations. Payment can be done through the following accounts:

Note: Once you get an admission number you will be quoting the number when making any payment. Payment receipts or M-pesa transaction can be send to email firstname.lastname@example.org for processing and receipting or they can be submitted to the Finance office at our Thika Rd Campus.
